National Chairman NISafetyE Inaugurates Akwa Ibom State Chapter

The National Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Engineers (NISE), Engr. Dr. Andrew Abanum, has officially inaugurated the newly elected executive
members of the Akwa Ibom State Chapter.
The ceremony, which attracted safety professionals, engineers, stakeholders, and distinguished guests, marked another significant milestone in the Institute’s continued expansion and commitment to promoting safety standards across Nigeria.
In his address, the National Chairman congratulated the newly inaugurated executives and charged them to uphold the core values of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to duty. He emphasized the importance of strengthening safety culture, capacity building, and professional development within Akwa Ibom State and beyond.
Engr. Dr. Abanum reiterated the Institute’s mission to regulate and promote best safety engineering practices while encouraging collaboration with government agencies, private organizations, and industry stakeholders.
